To initiate a return on a web item please email us with the reason and order number at yearendinfo@gmail.com within 3 days from the date the Customer received it. (Non-refundable items: Sale, Coupon Discount Items, Pre-Order, Final Sale, White, Ivory, Cream Colors, Knitwear, Delicate Fabrics, Jewelry, All Accessories Sunglasses, Socks , Hats )Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unworn including Smell or Traces of Perfume, Sweat, Fragrance) and undamaged, with all tags attached.) and its original packaging within 7 days from the date the Customer received it.Any returned items that are incomplete or damaged will be sent back as is to the Customer at the Customers expense.Once the return item has been shipped the Customer must provide tracking information to yearendinfo@gmail.com All return costs (postage, packaging and other costs) will be paid by the Customer.Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company.
