Please take into consideration that metal and plated metal products will discolor naturally over time.

- If discoloration occurs in 925 Silver (surface untreated), rub it gently with a 925 Silver cloth or use a silver cleaning solution.

925 Silver소재 특성상 은의 함유량이 많아 포장을 뜯는 과정에서 휘어짐이 발생할 수 있습니다.(휘어짐이 발생하면 손에 살짝 힘을 주어 모양을 다시 가다듬어 주시면 됩니다.)
- 지나치게 온도가 높은 곳(사우나, 온천탕, 찜질방 등)이나 반대로 온도가 낮은 곳은 피해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 습도가 높은 곳(수영장, 사우나 등)은 피해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 물과 습기, 마찰 등에 의해 색이 빠지거나 변색될 수 있으므로 보관에 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 향수 / 스프레이 또는 드라이기 사용 시 주얼리에 닿지 않게 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 충격과 마찰이 있을 경우 원석/큐빅/진주 등이 탈락될 수 있으며, 체인이 끊어질 수 있으니 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

To initiate a return on a web item please email us with the reason and order number at yearendinfo@gmail.com within 3 days from the date the Customer received it. (Non-refundable items: Sale, Coupon Discount Items, Pre-Order, Final Sale, White, Ivory, Cream Colors, Knitwear, Delicate Fabrics, Jewelry, All Accessories Sunglasses, Socks , Hats )Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unworn including Smell or Traces of Perfume, Sweat, Fragrance) and undamaged, with all tags attached.) and its original packaging within 7 days from the date the Customer received it.Any returned items that are incomplete or damaged will be sent back as is to the Customer at the Customers expense.Once the return item has been shipped the Customer must provide tracking information to yearendinfo@gmail.com All return costs (postage, packaging and other costs) will be paid by the Customer.Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company.
